How to Brew?
Boil water (1 cup) with 1⁄2 teaspoon of
Hridaya Tea for 2 mins. Add milk (Optional) to taste and
boil further for 1 min. Strain and add sweetener of your
choice To use Hridaya tea while making
regular milk tea just add 1/2 teaspoon of it along with tea
leaves (Chai Patti) and brew the tea as you do normally. Herbal Milk: Boil 1/2 teaspoon of Hridaya Tea along with milk (1 cup for 1-2 mins. Strain. Add sweetener of your choice.
Enjoy hot or cold.
